Ingredients
100ml Reverence Spiced Rum
15–20ml pure maple syrup
4 dashes Angostura bitters
Orange peel, for oils
Dash of water/soda
Preparation
Stir with ice in a mixing glass until cold and glossy.
Split over fresh ice in two rocks glasses.
Express orange peel over each, rim, and drop in.
Go to 15ml maple syrup for drier, 20ml for rounder.
