Do you ship anywhere in the UK?

Yes! we ship anywhere to the UK mainland using tracked delivery services.

How long does delivery take?

We use tracked 48-hour services depending on the option chosen at checkout. Most orders arrive within 2–3 working days once dispatched.

Do I need to be home to receive my order?

Yes - alcohol cannot be left in a safe place or communal area. An adult must be available to receive the parcel.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Not for alcohol orders - we can only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or faulty. If you have ordered other merchandise and wish to change the size, contact us and we will see what we can do.

What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours so we can arrange a replacement or refund, photo evidence of fault on delivery must be provided.
